- Company: name of the company, registry number, tax number, seat of the company, personal data of the authorized representative

3. Scope of activities

- minimum one main business activity necessary

4. Initial capital

- exact sum (minimum 3.000.000 HUF by Ltd.)

- capital contribution of the members (per person)

5. Representative (managing director)

- name, mother's name, place and date of birth, address, tax number
